The Temporary Payroll Analyst will prepare and produce the payroll for multiple pay groups within our client's environment.
**Must have ADP Ev5 and solid Payroll Tax knowledge
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintains the payroll system through compilation, data entry, transferring, posting and verifying data, including taxes, deductions and commissions.
- Updates payroll records by entering changes in tax exemptions and Direct Deposits.
- Maintain payroll related employee records including vacation time and accruals, personal time, pension hours, etc.
- Determines payroll liabilities by calculating employee federal and state income tax and social security taxes and employer's social security, and unemployment.
- Maintain records of employee deductions for 401K and stock purchases.
- Answer payroll related questions and resolves payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
- Maintain records for miscellaneous deductions.
- Provides a high level of service to all customers.
- Performs other duties as assigned. Accomplishes related results as needed.

?EXPERIENCE
- 3 to 5 ADP payroll processing experience required. ADP Enterprise software experience highly preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of payroll functions including taxes and spreadsheet preparation.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of database, spreadsheet and word processing software.
- Intermediate to advanced data entry skills.
