Job Description

Temporary to Hire Parts Specialist located on the North Shore. Duties:

  • Answer incoming parts call. Provide quotes as requested and confirm order status and delivery.
  • Process purchase orders sent and confirm the delivery times by informing customers of the approximate delivery time and date.
  • Invoice all direct shipments and inform customers of approximate delivery.
  • Process all paperwork and invoice customer.
  • Receive the weekly consolidated shipment. Open all packages, identify and label all parts. Pull all customer orders with the parts.
  • Process daily invoices. File invoices and order any parts that are on back order. Send invoices to customer either by e-mail or USPS.
  • Place weekly stock parts orders. Print purchase advice report and check inventory levels to ensure levels are kept accurate.
