Job Description

Carrollton area distribution center is looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor for immediate direct hire opportunity.
As the Office & Operations Supervisor you'll be involved with many aspects of the day to day business including office operations, accounting and finance support, project management, people operations and other important areas of company success.

You will report directly to the General Manager and ownership team but collaborate with stakeholders across all departments and be involved with both the tactical and strategic initiatives of the company. The best part about this role is your impact in so many areas of the business.

* 5+ years progressive experience and success in a similar role with in the distribution / supply chain industry.
* Bachelors' degree
* Proven leadership skills with experience managing initiatives, people and projects from requirement gathering through completion including holding accountable other parties both internal and external.
* Positive, can do attitude and strong customer service mindset + advanced problem solving skills
* Extremely strong verbal and written communication skills
* Understand the importance of company culture and your responsibility to help create and improve an inclusive, positive and high performing environment.
* Extremely proficient with Excel and other computer software.
