Office Manager Job Duties
* Oversee small team of office administrators
* Train, develop, motivate and provide direction to team as needed
* Handle employee/customer service issues as they arise
* Perform various clerical functions as needed
* Strong enough to step in an help in various departments

* Able to cover for absent employees to ensure workflow stays consistent
Job Requirements
