Organizing and coordinating administrative duties and office procedures and providing a dynamic work environment with high levels of organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Greeting clients in person and on the phone.
  • Organizing Presidents email, schedule and calendar
  • Coordination of meeting logistics, development of agendas and meeting materials)
  • Anticipate executive's needs and plan/execute accordingly
  • Provide daily support to staff as necessary including organization and schedule of meetings
  • Organize all aspects of logistics of events for the company. Including company outings and parties, conferences, management meetings, employee reviews, employee training and other company functions.


Job requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience as Office Manager/Supervisor
  • Background in Logistics/Household Moving/ Transportation/Trucking company/ Manufacturing.
  • Microsoft Office
