Job Description

This position is responsible for all human resources related activities for 130 employees throughout the United States.  These activities include payroll, recruiting, employee relations, immigration and benefits.
  • Employee Inquiries- Benefits, payroll, time and attendance updates
  • Payroll processing (ADP workforce now)
  • Benefits open enrollment and provide support to employees questions.
  • Verification of employment for employees (loans, mortgages)
  • New hires creation in the system (HR4U (Internal system), ADP, 401k)
  • Proceed background check
  • Prepare all HR invoices for accounting.
  • Vendor maintenance (create new vendor in the system, prepare the form for Accounting)
  • Updating of rate changes on Employer Tax contribution to ADP.
  • W2C corrections for Linden INPATS
  • FMLA- Short Term disability form preparations and recording.
  • Employee relations events, and communications.
  • Calculating the pay-out for the Cash Balance Plan for Termed Employees.
Filing of and preparation of Employee files.

This position requires quarterly, monthly and annually reporting action. Ensure all the information are updated in the different HR systems to be align with the company procedures. Prepare Audits in a timely manner and ensure a good results. Ability to work in a fast paced environment facing challenging situation or quick action to perform unexpectedly. 100% confidentiality as the core of the role is to manage HR duties.


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience;
  • Minimum 5 years of multi-state payroll experience;
  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification a plus; not required
  • Experience & proficient with ADP Payroll Software;(WorkForce Now)
  • Strong hands on computer skills: Microsoft: Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • Able to utilize time management skills to successfully meet deadlines;
  • Strong analytical skills in the area of systems analysis and project management;
  • Effective organizational skills, able to multi-task and work with minimal supervision;
  • Strong oral and written skills, able to interpret and present information to management;
  • Self-motivated, takes initiative to work effectively in a fast-paced work environment, orientation toward process improvement
