Job Description

We're currently seeking a Senior Analyst, HRIS to provide essential support and maintenance for our HR systems. This role serves as a vital technical point of contact, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure data integrity, test system changes, and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in reviewing, testing, and implementing system upgrades or patches.
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to coordinate upgrades or fixes.
  • Maintain system tables and document processes and outcomes.
  • Provide comprehensive support for HR systems, including researching and resolving issues.
  • Recommend process improvements, innovative solutions, and policy changes as needed.
  • Act as a key liaison with third-party vendors and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and support data integrations with other firm systems.
  • Contribute to overall project management for HR systems initiatives.
  • Write, maintain, and support reports or queries using appropriate tools.
  • Assist in developing custom reports to meet ongoing customer needs.
  • Help maintain data integrity by analyzing data and running queries.
  • Develop user procedures, guidelines, and documentation.
  • Stay informed about current trends in HR systems and technologies.
  • Continuously enhance HR and HR systems knowledge through training and self-study.
  • Provide backup support to the HR System Analyst role.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Minimum of five years of HR systems experience, with a strong understanding of database design and tools.
  • Minimum of one year of project management experience and prior systems implementation required.
  • Demonstrated technical knowledge in report writing, Microsoft Office applications, SQL Query, and Cognos preferred.
  • Ability to learn and utilize various HR-related systems, preferably including UKG.
