Job Description

Customer service rep is needed for assignment through end of the year to manage inbound guest comment and responses on several social media platforms.
Job Duties;
*provide outstanding feedback through multiple social media platforms such as Twitter & Facebook
*appropriate escalation of customer issues to management team
*Track and report trends and activity that are relevant to the guest experience program
*Able to analyze, compile and present guest feedback to various team members
Job Requirements:
* Strong customer service mindset and attitude
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
*Valid US drivers license
*2-3 years experience in guest relations, either in person, via phone or online
*Proficient in web-based applications and social media platforms
*Proficient in Microsoft suite applications: Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint
*Bachelor degree or pursuing a relevant degree
$22 hr
