Staffing NOW has partnered with a fantastic, employee centered Healthcare organization in Clearwater, FL who is seeking a strong Customer Support Rep with outstadning communications skills and an eye for detail during Open Enrollment Season. A qualified candidate will be highly professional, patient, honest, efficient and confidential.

• Able to handle a high volume of inbound calls
• Extremely detail oriented with great verbal and written communication skills
• Responsible and able to work under minimal supervision
• Solid computer knowledge (Word, Excel, 40+ WPM typing)
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus, but not necessary
• Customer centric attitude
