a division of SNI Companies, has an immediate opening for a highly motivated Customer Service / Order Fulfillment professional. This is a position working 100% onsite for a medical equipment company. The position responsibilities include:
- Enter customer purchase orders into ERP system (faxed, emailed, EDI, trade show)
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist with inquiries.
- Transfer backorders and process Free Good requests from customers.
- Run weekly reports and cross-reference products for sales support.
Qualifications: - High School Diploma
- 2+ years of customer service and product order fulfillment.
- Good communication skills, attention to detail and time management.
- Intermediate MS Office experience using Excel and Word.
- Typing speed of 50+ wpm
Compensation and Benefits: The compensation for this position starts at $19.00 an hour. Your actual pay rate will be determined based upon your skills, knowledge and abilities including work experience.
