Job Description

Our Client located in Bedford Ma is seeking Customer Service/Call Center Specialists for several temporary to hire positions. The hours: 11:00am to 7:00pm, 12:00pm to 8:00pm or 1:00pm to 9:00pm Monday to Friday. 

Duties: Take inbound ( high volume) calls from members. Also retrieving voice mails and returning members calls. Responding to members request by telephone,fax or email and providing information about claims. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
