 In need of a Customer Service Representative, with PROVEN skills in experience working in a call center we are looking for someone with great communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Answer inbound and outbound phone calls 
2. Respond to customer promptly
3.  Assist customers with orders, and account management 
4. Ability to resolve customer issues

• Experience working in at a Call Center 
• Excellent communication skill
• Professionalism over the phone
• Bilingual is a must (ENGLISH and SPANISH)
