This customer service position requires outstanding communication skills as well as strong administrative clerical skills.

Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative you will handle a variety of customer inquiries ranging from simple to complex. You may also provide analysis of data, quality improvement activities, oversight of Frequently Asked Questions, and procedural documents.

Specific Customer Service Representative duties:

* Providing direct customer support, through phone and email inquiries
* Providing reports regarding customer inquiries
* Responding to all Customer Inquiries
* Submitting all requests for website updates
* Resolving product and service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution; expediting correction and adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
* Preparing product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
