• Manage large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner, 100+ daily
• Interact by phone with subcontractors to request proposals for current and upcoming bids
• Document and track calls through proprietary software

• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all types of personalities
• Ability to work in a high energy and fast paced environment
• Ability to work as a team player
