Job Description


SNI Companies is seeking a strong candidate for a Customer Service Admin opening. This opportunity is for a well known company in the waste management industry. Our client is need of 1-2 reps for a long term position with room for growth.

Job Details:

  • Assist customers via phone and email
  • Order entry
  • Greet and assist visitors
  • Communicate with customers regularly to disclose pricing and billing info
  • Set up meetings and presentations
  • Handle scheduling and appointment setting
  • Receive customer issues pertaining to their orders
  • Collection and post payment calls
  • Generating reports and presentations
  • Order office supplies
  • Handle other office tasks as needed



Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast paced, high stress environment
  • Professional and friendly in person as well as over the phone
  • Strong computer skills (Excel and Outlook specifically)
  • Desire to work a long term position with growth opportunity
  • 2-3 years of administrative or call center experience



Pay for the position depends on experience ($13-$15 per hour)
Full time position with Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm schedule.
