Our Client, a Manufacturing firm in the Hackettstown area, has an exciting opportunity for a Client Services/ Account Manager. This position is a result of major growth in the company, as they prepare for a banner 2020. Candidate must have excellent Customer Service in a corporate setting, handling order management and client management.
Position Responsibilities
Accurately processing unique customer purchase orders (with zero errors), including working together with inventory planning, sales, and logistic teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Partnering with logistics to ensure shipping efficiencies and that customer routing preference are achieved.
Handle a high volume of inbound calls with a superior customer service attitude and manners
Communicate with cross-functional teams including customer usage trends to ensure consistent supply.
Demonstrate excellent order management skills and exceed customer expectations
Work closely with the senior NASS to learn about usage volume, report generation and usage tracking to support account management teams.
Adhere to-two hour response time among all requests, including those from internal and external customers
Possess the ability to understand people with a degree of poise, to assist them with their inquiries, and help them with the necessary information that they need. Be the ambassador for the Brand.
Be organized and friendly with a team-oriented attitude.
Ensure email correspondence adheres to the company standards.

Job Requirements/Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Minimum of 3 years of National Account Service or related business experience
Experience building relationships through stellar customer service
Excellent oral and written communication skills, listening skills and attention to detail and accuracy.
Initiative, adaptability and flexible with changes.
Exceptional prioritization, multi-tasking, follow up and time management skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, time-sensitive and high-volume environment
