Responsibilities:

• Take inbound calls from customers looking to place orders
• Gather customer information and confirm order requests
• Identify areas to up sell and share with customer
• Provide exceptional customer service

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to type 35 wpm
• Previous call center or sales experience is a plus
• Bilingual Spanish is a huge plus
